Missgien's Malta Experience

The last week of April 2000 I got the chance to go back to Malta, where I also was the year before. Then, due to the hot weather, I did not get to see what I actually came for: the stone tempels. This year I saw a lot of 'bunches of old stones', as we came to call them during our stay on Malta.
On these pages I will show a selection of the photo's taken with a little background information. Every page offers photo's in thumbnail format, which are clickable to enlarge to a bigger size. At the stone age section of this site you can learn more about the megalithic marvels of Malta.

On the first page the pictures of city life in Valletta, Views of Valletta on the second. Next the tempels of Tarxien, Hagar Qim and Mnajdra. Moving on to two other cities: Rabat and Mdina and finally an impression of the boattour to Comino and the Blue Lagoon which we took on our last full day at Malta.
